National Council

The National Council for Diving Education, officially CMAS Belgium, is the consultation body that strengthens cooperation between the two Belgian diving leagues – NELOS and LIFRAS. This platform promotes the exchange of knowledge and experience, discusses joint training programmes, and helps to promote Belgian sport diving. Although CMAS Belgium acts as a bridge between the two leagues, the autonomy of each diving education system is fully respected. 

Members 

All 3-star instructors, affiliated with NELOS or Lifras, are by right members of the National Council for Diving Education. They hold the title of National Instructor and play a key role in the development of high-quality diving education in Belgium.
